We are seeking a Insurance Professional in our Insurance Office (CSR)/ Insurance Producer to join our insurance office team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing Auto & Home Insurance products and service information and resolving technical issues.
This position can be Full Time or Part Time hours are flexible
Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and billing issues
- Provide information about insurance and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Prior Property & Casualty Insurance experience preferred
- Insurance License not required but very Helpful
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other insurance fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Auto & Home Insurance knowledge preferred will train right person
