We are seeking a Insurance Professional in our Insurance Office (CSR)/ Insurance Producer to join our insurance office team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing Auto & Home Insurance products and service information and resolving technical issues.

This position can be Full Time or Part Time hours are flexible

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and billing issues
• Provide information about insurance and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Prior Property & Casualty Insurance experience preferred
• Insurance License not required but very Helpful

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other insurance fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Auto & Home Insurance knowledge preferred will train right person
