The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with a client and operate within the workflow, achieve synergies and be a good fit within the company culture of EAG Studio, which we cherish a pleasant work environment. The candidate should be confident communicating regularly with the client in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients.

EAG Studio is a full-service residential and commercial boutique architecture and design firm of a dozen professional located in San Francisco. They offer a full spectrum of design and building services, from permitting expertise, construction project management, architecture and design. Their philosophy of “fostering environmental responsibility and occupant well-being” is empowered through the pillars of biophilic integration, active living spaces, community-centric design, sustainability practices, universal accessibility, innovative technology integration, indoor environmental quality, accessibility to nature, mixed-use developments, and healthy material choices.
EAG specializes in residential and commercial architecture and design, landscape design, interiors and construction management. Other areas of expertise include urban planning, living future and net zero designs, and experience architecture. In 2025, EAG Studio averaged approximately 250 projects on the boards in 6 different US states, with some 30 projects in construction at any given time.
