Our Graphic Designers create unique artwork that captures stories about current and past events, colleges, sports teams and personalities. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Works with the graphics team to create designs that capture storytelling in line with our vintage aesthetic. Maintains a constant knowledge of HOMAGE products, local environment, and react through new designs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Manages completion of assigned weekly designs in line with due dates. Works with manager and/or the Director of Graphic Design on corrections according to feedback received. Visualizes finished artwork on specific silhouettes and adjusts designs as needed. Completes graphic checklist (trademarks, logos, authenticity, grammar, etc) before the submission of artwork. Ensures all completed graphics are clean and sends all vector artwork to the Director of Graphic Design. Makes changes and/or corrections based on the feedback received. Participates in Hindsight, pitch, and product meetings to brainstorm and conceptualize ideas as needed. Maintains a knowledge of HOMAGE products, sales overview/history, and calendar. Participates in trainings and meetings as needed. Other related duties as assigned. Qualifications What are we looking for in a Junior Graphic Designer? Four year degree, or equivalent experience in a related field. Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Organized with an ability to meet all deadlines Open to feedback and critique and a willingness to learn Team player with strong communication skills.
