We have an attorney network of-counsel's to work with us nationwide with help of credit card and unsecured debt settlement litigation defense. If the client ever receives a summons we will be in need of local representation. We have sample filings to supply and workflow. No cases end up in trial.

We will offer you the following, if needed:

Full paralegal support including but not limited to Calendaring, Paralegal support, help with filling out filings/motions, getting client budget, hardship and POA's signed and an attorney portal to login, keep notes and track everything online. We will also help with settlement negotiations and Creditor Communications like making sure agreements are sent, signed and recorded. xuwmhxw Schedule of fee's is also provided.

*Responsibilities*

- Respond to Discovery
- Motions/Petitions

*Experience*
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar association in West Virginia
- Proven experience practicing law in various areas including debt settlement litigation defense
- Strong research and analytical skills

Pay: $1,500.00 per month
