Role Description: 1 Guide a team to build scalable, secure full stack web applications using React.js(front end), Node.js(backend) and MongoDB (database) 2 Collaborate with architects and product managers to translate high level business requirements into technical solutions.3 Ensure adherence to coding standards,best practices and performance benchmarks.4 Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers5 Troubleshoot and resolve performance or scalability issues6 Own development strategies and contribute to DevOps workflows(CI/CD)7 Good understanding of cloud server maintenance 8 Good communication skills9 Familiarity with concepts of MVC, JDBC, and RESTful (web services)10 Take ownership of delivery timelines, sprint planning and project estimates11 Build reusable components, libraries,framework level utilities12 Communicate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
