Our client based out of Melville is hiring a Leasing Agent to join their Property Management team! The locations you will be working out of will be dependent on where you live on Long Island. You will be required to travel within a 20-30 mile radius of your home location. We are seeking candidates with an interest in Real Estate or Property Management looking to grow in a sales career. Responsibilities
- Patient Communication:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Make outbound calls to patients for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and other notifications.
- Address patient inquiries regarding appointments, services, billing, and other concerns.
- Appointment Scheduling:
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments using the clinic's electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Ensure accurate entry of patient information and appointment details.
- Coordinate with medical staff to manage appointment availability.
- Customer Service:
- Provide information about the clinic's services, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve patient issues and complaints effectively and empathetically.
- Direct calls to appropriate departments or personnel as needed.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist with patient registration and verification of insurance information.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinic procedures, services, and insurance policies.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
