Experience with online filing platforms is a plus. Strong organizational skills and the ability to diary tasks and to follow up are required. This job involves filing, telephone calls, copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, mailing, opening and distributing mail, preparing form documents, uploading documents, submitting invoices, obtaining medical records, and coordinating vendors.
