About the role As an Executive Recruiter, you will manage both sides of the desk, helping clients and candidates thrive. You will execute the full life-cycle of direct hire recruiting for top-tier, mid- to senior-level professional direct hire job orders, focusing on existing clients and identifying new ones, interviewing candidates, and matching them with their dream organizations and careers. About you Bachelor's degree preferred, or five years of professional work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. High level of adaptability to pivot and meet changing priorities. Team-player with a collaborative mindset. Technically savvy, interested in learning and implementing new technology. Passionate about helping candidates and clients succeed.
