The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) role involves providing mental health services utilizing Headway's platform, which facilitates private practice management and client care. LCSWs can conduct therapy sessions, oversee medication management, and benefit from marketing and administrative support, allowing for a flexible and independent work schedule. This position is tailored for fully licensed professionals, ensuring immediate access to resources and patient referrals to grow their practice effectively.
Wage: Between $115-$130 an hour
