The Opportunity:

One of Brightway's Top 20 agencies located in Boynton Beach, FL is now hiring a Remote Experienced Insurance Sales Agent for the Miami area to join our high-performing team. This is a dynamic, sales-focused role where you’ll build strong community partnerships, drive business growth, and provide exceptional customer service. You’ll assess clients’ insurance needs and recommend tailored policy solutions that fit their unique situations. Responsibilities:

• Market in the local community, realtors, business groups and build relationships
• Quote and sell insurance products to potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Analyze clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate recommendations
• Explain policy details, coverage limits, and exclusions to clients
• Assist clients in completing insurance applications and necessary paperwork
• Process policy changes, endorsements, and claims accurately and efficiently
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies
• Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for policies

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently hold an active Florida 2-20 Insurance License at time of application
• 2-3 years Property and Casualty Insurance Sales experience
• Must be at least 18
• Proven experience in sales administration, retail sales or people facing roles
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be fluent in English (*Spanish is a plus)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual- Fluent Spanish
• 3-5 years Property and Casualty Insurance Sales Experience

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $25-36K annually, PLUS commissions (*Base salary determined by years of experience, education and certifications.)
• Average 1st year total earnings range from $60K-$75K through a combination of guaranteed base salary, plus commission.
• Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward, can earn up to $70-85K+
