We’re seeking a licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent who is ready to grow their career in a company that truly values its people. This is a client-facing role where you'll have the opportunity to build your own book of business while enjoying the support of a well-established, locally trusted brand.

What You'll Do:

• Educate clients on coverage options and match them with the best policies for their needs

• Generate quotes, bind new policies, and manage renewals

• Foster long-term relationships through excellent service and proactive communication

• Identify opportunities to cross-sell other services where appropriate

• Maintain compliance with all carrier and state regulations

• Track performance and growth with the support of our in-house tools and leadership team

Compensation:

• Year 1: $32,000 base salary

• 30% commission on new business
  
  
• 20% commission on renewals
  
  
• Eligible for a $2,500 quarterly performance bonus based on production and retention goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)

• 1+ year of experience in insurance sales or service

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset

• Organized, self-motivated, and confident working both independently and on a team

Preferred (But Not Required):

• Experience quoting across multiple carriers

• Background in commercial trucking policies or transportation-related insurance

• Bilingual or multilingual

• Familiarity with personal lines (auto, homeowners, renters, etc.)
