Position Overview: Wellness Mindset Counseling Services, a growing group practice focused on client well-being. We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Wellness Mindset Counseling Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients, including diagnosing, and treating mental health and emotional disorders, offering therapy, and prescribing medication when necessary.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat mental health and emotional disorders in clients

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to address clients' needs • Prescribe and monitor medications as part of the treatment plan

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client visits and progress

• Assist in the development of individualized treatment plans based on clients' needs • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care for clients • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client visits and progress

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or Social Worker

• Valid state licensure

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on mental health. • In-depth knowledge of mental health and emotional disorders, as well as evidence based treatment approaches.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize patient care and administrative tasks effectively.

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients.
