- Pay: $1,432 - $1,500 weekly
- Location: Modoc Medical Center - Alturas, CA 96101
- Certifications: BLS, State License, Covid Vaccine, ACLS
- Charting: Epic
- Start Date: ASAP
- Shift Length: 3X12 shifts
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Years of experience REQ: 2 Year relevant LVN experience - LVN, Skilled Nursing (SNF)

- Any gaps greater than 30 days accounted for on the resume.
- 2 Recent Professional references (Name, Contact, Title, and Facility worked together)
* AHA BLS
- COVID certificate
- CA LVN License
- Driver's License
