Position Overview:

• Job Title: RN - Hospice
• Location: North Houston, TX (Tomball, Spring, Conroe, Magnolia, Humble)
• Facility: HOS - South - TX-HOU – ShiftWise
• Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Duration: 13 Weeks
• Hours: 40 hrs/week
• Pay Rate: $54/hr + $0.65/mile reimbursement
• Start Date: ASAP

• HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) certification required – no exceptions
• Must have active RN license in hand
• Hospice experience required
• Productivity expectation: 24–30 visits/week
• Overtime must be pre-approved in writing by Administrator
• Service coverage radius: Up to 60 miles from the facility address
• 2-week cancellation notice required
