Location: Spring City- PA
Short-term contract -4 week contract -8 hr shift/40hrs/wk
Per Diem needs -Shift: 3pm to 1130 pm
Pay rate: $28/hrs
Number of positions: 4+
Pay rate - $28/hr
Positions to start - ASAP


~~ LPN's Needed ASAP for 4 week contract (40/hrs/week) or daily /per diem needs ~~

~~ Geriatric or sub-acute/SNF experience ~~

REQUIREMENTS:
Current Resume
LPN- PA license (in good standing)
Sub-Acute/SNF/Long-Term Care experience (1+ year)
Current - BLS/CPR
2- Current clinical references (RN- managers)
2- Step PPD (within the last 12 months)
Current physical (within the last 12 months)
Vaccination record: MMR, Varicella, Hep B
Copy of criminal Police -clearance check/ back ground check
Must be able to pass urine drug screen
