Our client, a leading industrial company, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, accountable, possess excellent communication skills, work well in a team, and have a strong sense of reliability and decision-making skills that align successfully with the organization.

If you have machinist, CNC, machine operator, machine inspection, machine set up, operating shapers or hobbing machines, mechanically inclined manufacturing experience, you are encouraged to apply! 

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Hanover, PA

Pay Range: $20 to 23 an hour depending on shift

What's the Job?

• Operate Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machine to bore, mill, drill, and tap bearing caps
• Utilize blueprints and work orders to ensure compatibility with housing and input shaft
• Use hand tools and gauges to deburr and measure proper tolerance levels
• Verify, document, and consolidate for next stages of manufacturing
• Operate multiple stations and apertures to machine bearing caps

What's Needed?

• At least one year of work experience in a manufacturing operation is preferred
• Problem solving/troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of Shop math
