Job Description Summary: KISS Products, a global leader in beauty and personal care, is seeking a talented and creative Copywriter to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Copywriter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the voice and messaging of our esteemed brands, including KISS Nails and Lashes, imPRESS Beauty, Falscara, and KISS Colors and Care, and more. Your expertise in beauty copywriting will be instrumental in crafting compelling copy that resonates with our diverse audience and drives brand engagement and sales. You will also contribute articles to Beautify.tips, a beauty-focused website powered by KISS products.
Job Description: Responsibilities: - Write compelling, brand-right copy for a variety of brand needs, including product claims for packaging, retail signage, in-store and educational collateral, web product page content for brand site and retailer sites (including Amazon), paid media, video/film scrips, social media, press mailers, emails, and samples.
- Quickly develop a deep understanding of the KISS beauty brands' tones of voice, then develop an ability to craft effective copy in the brand voice.
- Produce brand editorial and educational content for the website with knowledge and expertise in SEO
- Partner with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality content that meets brand and business priorities
- Concept core stories for product launches and existing product lines
- Communicate a point of view on copywriting trends and actively bring those references and trends to the team.
Qualifications: - Experience: 6-8 years of beauty copywriting experience, preferably within a fast-paced agency or in-house beauty brand environment.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of beauty copywriting work, including examples of packaging, advertising, digital content, and more.
- Brand Understanding: Demonstrated ability to write for multiple brands within a portfolio, ensuring each brand's voice is distinct and consistent across all channels.
- Copywriting Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of beauty industry trends and terminology.
- Creativity: Proven ability to generate creative ideas and concepts that align with brand objectives and resonate with target audiences.
- Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, product development, and external partners.
- Project Management: Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Digital Proficiency: Proficient in digital marketing platforms and social media channels, with experience writing SEO-optimized web content and engaging social media captions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field.

The anticipated compensation range is
69,000.00 - 137,000.00 USD Annual
Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
