Position Overview: We are seeking a strong, experienced Manufacturing General Manager to oversee our Gallatin, TN facility. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in injection or blow molding, with specific experience in automotive manufacturing. We need a stable, mature leader capable of driving results and leading a team with confidence. This is not a role for someone who is still learning how to lead; we require someone who can take charge and ensure the continued success of our operations.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and profitability.
• Foster a positive, results-driven work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet company goals and objectives.
• Provide strong leadership and mentorship to your team, focusing on continuous improvement and development.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a manufacturing environment, with a strong background in injection or blow molding.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team with stability and maturity.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies.
