Role : Marketing & Communications Manager

Location : Fremont, CA.

About the Role

The Marketing & Communications at Pebble in the Brand & Marketing department is a key role responsible for leading and executing strategic marketing and communications initiatives. This position plays a crucial part in enhancing the brand's presence and driving marketing activities to support business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand and product awareness
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns
  • Manage external agencies and vendors, including but not limited to Brand, Web, Digital, PR, Influencer Marketing, and Event.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to adjust marketing strategies accordingly
  • Create compelling content for various channels including digital, social media, web, PR, and traditional marketing
  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing collateral and materials
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Proven experience in marketing and public relations roles in the automotive, consumer tech, or RV industry
  • Experience building constructive relationships with top-tier journalists, editors, and influencers.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Strong editorial skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in managing external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing role.

Salary Range - Fremont, CA

$116,280—$184,250 USD
