Job Description
We are looking for a Marketo Specialist to work within the marketing acquisitions team, and alongside the CRM manager to integrate Marketo with Netsuite (an Oracle platform) and launch new campaigns in 2019. Required Skills & Experience
· 2 years Marketo experience required, including email programming and landing page creation
· Experience in all Adobe Suites programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere and After Effects) with an emphasis on digital design
· Ability to program campaigns, emails, and identify audience segmentation
· Experience with NetSuite or similar CRM with clear understanding of lead sources, tracking, and marketing automation
· Strong verbal and written communication skills with knowledge of email best-practices (suggestions for subject lines, spam keywords that should not be used, and delivery)
· Advanced Excel skills, experience with importing/exporting from CRM systems, formulas, graphs and pivot tables
Desired Skills & Experience
· Familiarity with Infusionsoft, G-Suite and Google Drive and project management tools such as Asana is a plus
· High degree of professionalism
· Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
· Demonstrated ability to be organized, take initiative, work with minimal supervision
· Ability to work with others in a small office environment
· Meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency
· Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints
