• Ensure consistent brand messaging and manage the company's brand reputation.
• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to drive revenue and brand awareness.
• Oversee communications, PR efforts, media placements, and advertising.
• Collaborate with departments for product launches and marketing strategies.
• Manage website design, functionality, and content.
• Create and oversee marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and sales tools.
• Develop content for various sales channels, including digital and print.
• Oversee social media presence and trade show participation.
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Adjust marketing strategies based on feedback, research, and data.
• Develop and execute strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
• Collaborate with the sales team on lead generation and nurturing programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in strategic and tactical marketing roles.
• Proven track record of managing and leading a marketing team.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite, AI tools, and digital marketing strategies.
• Experience with SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
