We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who’s ready to take ownership of campaigns, collaborate with our creative team, and drive measurable marketing success for our clients. Daily Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, PPC, content, and social media).
• Work closely with creative, content, and digital teams to execute compelling marketing strategies.
• Track, measure, and analyze marketing performance, making data-driven decisions.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring that marketing efforts align with business goals.
• Lead day-to-day marketing operations and ensure smooth project execution.

Weekly Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to optimize ongoing campaigns and identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct regular performance reviews , ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in marketing execution.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends , competitor strategies, and emerging marketing tools.
• Strategize and refine paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.

Monthly Responsibilities:

• Oversee marketing budgets , ensuring cost-effective ad spend and campaign management.
• Identify and implement new marketing tools and automation strategies to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure Harris & Ward’s marketing services remain best-in-class and ahead of the competition .

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

✅ 3+ years in a marketing role, preferably in digital marketing, agency, or SEO/PPC strategy .

✅ Foundational understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, content marketing, and conversion tracking .

✅ Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM tools, and analytics platforms .

✅ Excellent communication skills with a client-first mindset .

✅ Strong project management skills, able to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines .
