Quatrro Business Support Services is seeking a talented Marketing Manager to drive our brand awareness and lead generation initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and implement marketing strategies and initiatives across Quatrro's multiple markets, focusing on new business acquisition and cross-sell opportunities.

While we offer remote work flexibility, we prefer candidates based in the Atlanta or Detroit area to support occasional in-person collaboration and participation in local networking events.

As our Marketing Manager, you'll:

• Develop Marketing Plans: Collaborate with the VP of Marketing and Market Leader(s) to create annual marketing strategies and campaign plans (inbound and outbound) that align with company goals and market objectives for lead generation and brand awareness.
• Plan Execution and Management: Collaborate with team members and partner agencies responsible for marketing operations (including content creation, SEO, advertising, email, branding, and social media) to ensure the successful execution and management of approved marketing plans and campaigns.
• Manage to Budget: Allocate resources, track spending, and ensure campaigns stay on budget while maximizing ROI.
• Marketing Compliance: Ensure marketing efforts comply with applicable laws and regulations, such as SPAM, GDPR, and private customer information.
• Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and marketing best practices, including AI, to refine and update marketing strategies and plans.
• Review Plan Success: Regularly review metrics and reports for all marketing campaigns, assess performance against ROI and KPIs, and collaborate with the VP of Marketing and Market Leader(s) to optimize channels or adjust plans as needed.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing , preferably targeting medium to mid-market clients
• A 4-year degree , preferably in Marketing
• Knowledge of inbound and outbound marketing strategies , with a focus on successful inbound lead generation
• Creative skills in identifying target audiences and creating engaging digital campaigns throughout the customer journey
• A positive, self-starter attitude and the ability to drive progress independently, along with strong relationship-building skills for teamwork
• Strong analytical skills to turn ideas into actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines

Plus:

• Experience optimizing lead generation and sales funnels , including analyzing drop-off points and developing effective solutions.
• B2B services marketing experience.
• Proficient in marketing research and analysis.
• Experience with HubSpot Sales and Marketing hubs.
