• Contract: W2, Contract
• Duration: ASAP; (4- Months) with a potential Second Assignment starting: (10/27/2025 to 1/2/2026)
• Location: Seattle, WA, Hybrid (Tues–Thurs on-site, Mon & Fri remote – PST business hours)
• Pay Range: $37-48/hour DOE

Brief Summary:

We are seeking an organized and proactive Marketing Specialist to temporarily support our clients Workspace Demand Generation team. This role will focus on driving demand within the Sales-Assisted segment through outbound campaigns and event marketing. Ideal candidates will bring experience in outbound marketing strategy, campaign execution, and Sales/BDR enablement.

Responsibilities:

• Outbound Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and track email marketing campaigns targeting prospects.
• Contact List Management: Build and segment contact lists leveraging internal tools and data sources.
• BDR Assignment & Enablement: Assign targeted lists to BDRs and provide them with campaign context, messaging, and goals.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor outbound and event campaign effectiveness and report on results.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in demand generation, outbound marketing, sales development support, or event marketing.
• Proven success in executing outbound campaigns contributing to pipeline growth.
• Direct experience supporting or enabling BDR/SDR teams.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and funnel dashboard navigation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo).
• Familiarity with sales engagement platforms (e.g., SalesLoft, Outreach).
