MARKETING SPECIALIST LOCATION: Combination of Remote and Office (occasional)
TRIGO Quality Solutions, a global quality management company, is seeking a multi-talented and skilled Marketing Specialist for the Americas marketing department. The Marketing Specialist is responsible for implementing, monitoring and measuring assigned internal and external marketing programs and campaigns for the Americas. This individual will possess a multi-faceted skill set which would include graphic design, email and digital marketing, social media outreach, brand awareness and messaging.
Duties and Responsibilities Our candidate will work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders from many countries and cultures on branding, awareness, revenue-driven and value-added marketing projects including:
- PowerPoint Presentation Design: Craft visually stunning and effective PowerPoint presentations, RFQs, proposals, and case studies. Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure presentations are aligned with strategic objectives and enhance business development efforts.
- Marketing Collateral Creation: Design and refine marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, signage, and tradeshow displays. Ensure all materials reflect TRIGO's brand identity and messaging.
- Email Marketing Campaigns: Design engaging email marketing campaigns using tools like MailChimp. Focus on visual appeal and strategic layout to drive engagement and conversion.
- Social Media Graphics: Create eye-catching graphics and text for social media platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn. Manage visual content to bolster brand presence and engagement.
- Web Content Development: Design and deploy website landing pages. Implement SEO best practices, monitor performance, and generate reports to optimize web content.
- Database Management: Utilize Microsoft Dynamics and Excel for managing email marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts.
- Employee Newsletter: Design, write, and distribute the Americas company newsletter. Oversee content creation including interviews, articles, photos, and graphics.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain adherence to corporate brand guidelines across all marketing materials and platforms.

Required Job Skills, Competencies & Experience - Advanced PowerPoint Skills: Proven expertise in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations. Ability to convey complex information through engaging and visually appealing slides.

- Marketing Experience: At least 5 years of B2B marketing experience with a solid understanding of marketing strategies and tools.
