Job Title: Mechanical Assembler

📍 Location: McConnellsburg, Pennsylvania

🕒 Shift: 3rd Shift | Monday–Friday, 7:00 PM–5:00 AM or 7:30 PM–5:30 AM

💵 Pay: $18.75/hour + $1.75 shift differential = $21.40/hour total

About the Role

Join a dynamic team as a Mechanical Assembler , where you’ll play a key role in building high-performance trucks and components. This hands-on position involves assembling parts, wires, hoses, and hydraulics using power tools and precision techniques. You’ll also operate cutting and shaping equipment, follow blueprints, and ensure quality standards are met—all while contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble truck components using hand and power tools.
• Drill holes and install wires, hoses, and small parts.
• Operate torch, plasma cutter, and grinder to shape parts.
• Read and follow blueprints and measurements to position subassemblies.
• Install accessories such as decals, mud flaps, and cameras.
• Stack and move completed parts (up to 35 lbs).
• Cross-train in multiple assembly areas based on production needs.
• Follow detailed verbal and written instructions.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Commit to regular attendance and work overtime or weekends as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months in a manufacturing setting or 1+ year in assembly/mechanical operations.
• Skilled in using hand/power tools, reading blueprints, and taking measurements.
• Experience with electrical systems, pneumatics, industrial assembly, and machine building.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.65/hr.
