Montgomery County Public Schools Investment Analyst-Equity

Under the direction of the Director of Investments and Senior Manager of Investments, the analyst will:

1. Coordinate investment activities for the equity portfolio of the Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) Retirement System Trust (pension).
2. Assist in overseeing the investment menu for the MCPS defined contribution plans.
3. Interact with a diverse range of internal and external contacts, including investment managers, consultants, financial advisors, actuaries, and attorneys.

Physical Demands: The position requires periodic night and weekend work to meet deadlines, occasional travel to attend meetings with investment managers, and may involve physical requirements such as lifting heavy objects or climbing (if applicable).

Special Requirements: Periodic night and weekend work are required to meet deadlines.
