Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 with Cisco UCCE to enhance call routing capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize system architecture. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to voice and call routing. Ensure software solutions are scalable, secure, and efficient. Provide technical support and training to end-users. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in software development with a focus on voice and call routing. Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Cisco UCCE. Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python. Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. Knowledge of VoIP technologies and protocols. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
