This is an entry-level position.

BMA Media Group is a 100% union signatory contractor with the IBEW, IUPAT, and AFTRA. We are a 15-team member, creative, full-service marketing and Special Events Agency and the only 100% union agency shop in this industry.

Our Mission is to provide creative solutions for Union Building and Construction trades designed to educate and promote their value to America. The required skills for this job include:

• Journalism Background
• Ability to learn Digital Marketing Tools and Concepts (WordPress, HubSpot, Blog Content Creation, Google Advertising, Marketing Analytics, Social Media Content, Copywriting, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Capable of making and answering phone calls
• Organized and detailed, yet deadline-driven, juggling multiple clients and projects
• Client relationship building and management that is professional and presentable
• Capable of learning a complex and detail-oriented industry
• A selfless attitude to serve our clients and your teammates

The initial entry of this job is a three-month internship training period designed to prepare you to be promoted to our Digital Marketing Assistant position. The three months are essentially training for the position and determining whether you are the right fit for the role and whether you believe BMA Media is a fit for you.
