Sunseeker Resort Charlotte Harbor is currently searching for a Night Auditor!

The Night Auditor is responsible for the preparation and disposition of all Night Audit work. Responsible for the front office operation during the overnight shift. Primary responsibilities include registering guests, making reservations, preparing daily reports, check-in/check-out processes, balancing transactions, and always maintaining Sunseeker standards and policies.

All duties are performed in accordance with department and Sunseeker Resorts policies, practices, and procedures.


Job Duties

  • Conduct night audit procedures, including reconciling daily transactions and generating reports for management.
  • Balance and audit all room tax charges, cashier reports, and guest house accounts for accuracy.
  • Administer guest payment policies and look for errors from the day shifts.
  • Be versed in all hotel emergency procedures.
  • Conduct night audit procedures, including reconciling daily transactions and generating reports for management.
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs promptly and efficiently, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to address guest needs and ensure seamless operations during the night shift.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and tact.
  • Monitor the property and respond to any security or safety issues that may arise.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
  • Assume Front Office Ambassador duties as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Minimum Requirements

Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Sunseeker Resorts performs criminal background checks on all candidates. Candidates will need to be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986.   • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of Front Office/Night Audit experience.
  • Experience with Forbes Star, AAA, and Four Diamond standard a plus.
Other Minimum Requirements
  • Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to function well under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet established deadlines
  • Must possess mature personal discretion and sound judgment
  • Strong leadership abilities, sound judgment, superior problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and project management skills, with particular attention to quality and detail
  • Interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
