Highlights:
182 shifts per year (primary schedule 7 on 7 off) consisting of purely nights (11:00 pm 7:30 am)
Two nocturnists are assigned during these shifts, affording a manageable workload
Primary responsibility is on-site adult (admit and cross cover) inpatient care
Nocturnists also provide telemedicine (admits and cross cover) services to our critical access hospitals during these shifts
Collaborative, cohesive hospitalist team with high retention rate and growth
Excellent support and collegiality with subspecialty services
