What will you be doing:
We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and dedicated Nurse Clinical Educator for a full-time position located in the South Shore area. As a key member of the Education Team, you will play an essential role in enhancing the professional development and clinical competence of field clinicians through a hybrid role that includes both office-based and field responsibilities.
What we're looking for in you:
Conducts performance assessment and documentation, EMR support to clinical staff.
Maintains the ability to manage a limited caseload to optimize clinical skills and EMR proficiency.
Excellent observation and communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
Mandatory experience in home care.
Strong OASIS skills (Home Health).
Strong computer skills necessary and experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
Able to work under pressure and shift priorities as necessary.
Able to be flexible and dependable.
Able to problem-solve and troubleshoot quickly and effectively.
Strong organizational, decision-making, and time management skills.
Ability to work in field through South Shore and be flexible.
Open to work hybrid which includes both office-based and field responsibilities
