Job Description

Salary: $90,000 - 120,000 per year Requirements:

• Extensive experience with Okta Identity Cloud, IGA, PAM, and advanced IAM concepts.
• Proven history in architecture design, custom development, and security compliance.
• Strong understanding of workflow automation, policy implementation, and risk management.
• Capability to spearhead strategic initiatives, mentor teams, and oversee cross-functional collaboration.

• Design and implement CIAM solutions utilizing Okta.
• Construct and oversee identity services including user registration, login, MFA, social login, SSO, consent management, and account recovery.
• Define and execute Okta architecture, focusing on workflow improvements, custom connectors, and integration frameworks.
• Develop role-based policies, enforce Segregation of Duties (SoD), and create scalable IAM solutions.
• Lead initiatives for upgrades, patching, optimization, and security enhancements.
• Supervise Single Sign-On (SSO) and provisioning integrations for intricate applications.
• Work on identity federation, token-based authentication (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML), and API security.
• Build and maintain custom workflows, connectors, and integrations for IGA systems.
• Manage advanced authentication methods.
• Drive access certification efforts and ensure adherence to security standards.
• Conduct IGA workflow monitoring, troubleshooting, and connector customization.
• Address Okta vulnerabilities while ensuring compliance with regulatory mandates.
• Provide expert-level support for identity lifecycle management and access workflows.
• Lead incident/problem management, including root cause analysis for recurring challenges.
• Automate repetitive tasks and streamline operational processes.
• Act as the main liaison with security teams, application/infrastructure teams, and external vendors.
• Resolve complex issues with vendors and coordinate architecture improvements.
