3 Point Property Management is looking to hire a dynamic On-Site Property Manager for a 60+ apartment unit apartment building in Gladstone, Oregon. Ideal candidates should be good at interacting with current and prospective renters. They should have good organizational, time management and computer skills. Team members must be self-motivated and possess the ability to handle stressful situations, while both diffusing them and making quick decisions when needed. Team members must be available for on call situations and weekends, while living on-site. Additionally, the Property Manager would manage a 56 unit apartment complex in Troutdale.

On-Site Property Manager Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Live On-Site
• Office Management
• Leasing (New Units as well as Renewals)
• Maintain Resident Records, including maintenance records
• Basic Bookkeeping
• Vendor Scheduling/Interaction
• Overseeing Maintenance
• Answering Phones
• Rent Collection
• Resident Relations
• Available For On-Call Evenings/Weekends
• Scheduling
• Additionally, manage a 56 unit property in Troutdale

Qualifications:

• Have a minimum of 1-3 years of previous residential property management experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance coverage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be able to pass a full background check, including drug, rental, criminal and financial
• Have basic experience with MS365 including TEAMS, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Have basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
• Be self-motivated

3 Bedroom House Available. All occupants (18+) must pass screening prior to start date.
