Job Title: Order Picker
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Order Picker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for order picking using a Raymond cherry picker. You will utilize a screen on the picker to go through orders and use an RF scan gun to ensure product accuracy. Additionally, you will pack and palletize orders according to procedures, receive incoming products, conduct cycle counts, verify bin locations, and consolidate inventory as needed.
ResponsibilitiesWe offer a raise when hired on and participation in an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
Work EnvironmentYou will be working in a large distribution/warehouse environment as part of a team of about 10 people. The work schedule is Monday-Friday, with two shifts available: 7am-4pm or 9am-6pm. You will have a 1-hour unpaid lunch break and two 15-minute paid breaks. Steel-toed boots that go above the ankle are required, as well as pants with no holes or frays and a shirt with sleeves (t-shirt, long sleeve, or sweatshirt).

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
