Orthopaedic & Spine Center of the Rockies - Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon

The Orthopaedic & Spine Center of the Rockies (OCR) is seeking a fellowship-trained orthopedic trauma surgeon to join our esteemed team in 2025. This full-time shareholder track position offers an excellent opportunity for a board-certified/board-eligible surgeon to practice at our partnered medical centers across Longmont, Lafayette, and Westminster.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive orthopedic trauma care in collaboration with OCR's trauma-trained surgeons.
  • Work closely with elective orthopedic surgical practices within the OCR Trauma Program.
  • Participate in 24/7/365 orthopedic trauma coverage at our partner hospitals.

  • Intermountain's Good Samaritan Medical Center (Level II) Lafayette, CO
  • UCHealth's Longs Peak Hospital (Level III) Longmont, CO
  • Centura's Longmont United Hospital (Level III) Longmont, CO
  • CommonSpirit St. Anthonys North (Level III) Westminster, CO

OCR is a private, physician-owned group with nearly 100 providers, offering a full spectrum of orthopedic subspecialties, including spine surgery, sports medicine, joint replacement, pediatric orthopedics, and trauma surgery.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Fellowship trained in Orthopedic Trauma Surgery
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon
  • Ability to provide high-quality care, demonstrate clinical excellence, and possess strong communication skills
  • Current or in-process Colorado medical license
