Outpatient Psychiatrist - Morgantown at Harmony, Harmony summary:

The Outpatient Psychiatrist at Harmony, part of the Transformations Care Network, provides psychiatric assessment, psychotherapy, and medication management primarily for adult patients. The role involves leading and collaborating with Advanced Practice Providers to deliver innovative, evidence-based mental health treatments such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato. This full-time, office-based position offers clinical leadership opportunities, a flexible hybrid schedule, and comprehensive benefits while aiming to improve community access to high-quality mental health care.

About the Psychiatrist Role:

• No required call
• Opportunity to work with adult patients.
• Provide psychiatric assessment, psychotherapy, and ongoing medication management.
• Enthusiasm for supervising Advance Practice Providers (PMHNPs/PAs)

Qualifications:

• Must be board eligible or board certified in Psychiatry
• M.D. or D.O. from an accredited school of medicine
• Completed or completing residency training in an accredited program within Psychiatry
• License to practice medicine in the State of West Virginia
• Valid DEA registration
• Interest in interventional psychiatry (TMS, Spravato, or other advanced treatments preferred).

About the Practice:

• Locations throughout the state
• Full time with a flexible hybrid schedule
• Office based outpatient.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team of mental health clinicians who provide Medication Management, Psychotherapy, Interventional Treatments and Neuropsychiatric Testing.
