Inside & Outside Sales Representative – Bilingual (English/Spanish)

We’re looking for a driven and dynamic  Inside & Outside Sales Representative to join our Orlando team! In this role, you’ll combine sales, customer service, and relationship-building while representing top-quality building materials such as  trusses, frames, roofing products, and other supplies used in new home construction .

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads for both inside and outside sales
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, builders, and homeowners
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate building and roofing products
• Close sales while providing excellent customer experiences
• Greet walk-in customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Assist with product selection, orders, and general inquiries
• Answer phone calls promptly and provide knowledgeable support
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate deliveries or pickups
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Enter data, check inventory, and manage quotes/orders in our system
• Work closely with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Bilingual in  English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Own reliable vehicle for outside sales visits
• Proficient with computers and basic office software
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• High emotional intelligence, charisma, and a genuine desire to help people

Preferred:

• Experience in  roofing, construction, or building material.
• Familiarity with trusses, frames, roofing products, fasteners, underlayment, and tools
• Prior inside/outside sales experience
