Job Overview

The Assembler II position encompasses responsibilities across multiple departments within the manufacturing facility. This role involves assembling components, maintaining equipment, and ensuring product quality while adhering to safety and operational standards.

A Day In The Life

  • Follow written and verbal instructions from leads and supervisors.

  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 6S policy.
  • \n
  • Inspect own work for quality and conformity to standards.
  • \n
  • Assist in training other employees and support team efforts.
  • \n
  • Suggest improvements to supervisors regarding work processes.
  • \n
  • Help maintain equipment and manage supply inventory.
  • \n
  • Perform tasks in other areas as needed.

  • Adhere to attendance and punctuality requirements.

  • Work overtime and weekends as required.
