We are seeking a Painting Estimator - Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Supervise onsite personnel
- Interface with project superintendents, contractors, architects, and clients
- Negotiate with contractors
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in paint estimating- Project managing
- Familiarity with estimating software
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
