Job Description

Pay: $20-$25/hr to start!
6- month assignment with possibility for extension or conversion based on performance and budget.
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Hybrid! (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)
**** Candidate must speak, read and write French****

• Position will mainly be responsible for reviewing and verifying legal invoice entries for compliance with billing guidelines, ensuring accuracy and identifying any adjustments needed.
• Position will also be responsible for collaborating with the Legal Invoice Analyst and Quality Assurance teams to ensure the timely and accurate processing of invoices while maintaining clear communication.
• Additional responsibilities include utilizing strong organizational and analytical skills to independently audit legal invoices, applying discretion and sound judgment in adjusting entries based on legal terminology and billing requirements

Qualifications:

• Candidate must speak, read and write French
• An Associate's degree or Paralegal Certification is preferred.
• 1+ Years of experience with legal services or legal auditing preferred
• Experience with legal billing processes, such as billing documents, invoices, and expenses
• Experience with Microsoft, especially Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Strong knowledge of federal and state rules of civil procedures
