Job Description
RAK Law is looking for a highly motivated and skilled paralegal who can assist in drafting and filing motions and/or responses. The primary responsibilities would be to assist in drafting, filing, motions and/or responses, as well as making sure that all court-ordered deadlines are followed and kept. The position is full time and requires the ability to work five days a week between the hours of 9:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. This is a remote position that does require you to come into the office two times a month. You must live within 50 miles of Lakeland, Florida to be considered. If you are a proactive and organized hard worker, we would love to hear from you.
