This is a dynamic opportunity to contribute to high-stakes civil litigation alongside a collaborative and supportive legal team. Position Overview: As a vital member of the litigation team, you will play a key role in managing complex cases from inception through trial and appeal. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with exceptional organizational and communication skills, capable of managing demanding deadlines and contributing to strategic case development. Key Responsibilities: Draft and proofread pleadings, discovery documents, subpoenas, motions, and correspondence. Manage case calendars, track deadlines, and organize legal files. Oversee large-scale document production and e-discovery processes. Conduct thorough factual and legal research. Support trial preparation including creating trial binders and coordinating witnesses. File documents with state and federal courts and maintain compliance with court procedures. Maintain professional communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel. Track billable hours and ensure accurate timekeeping. Qualifications: At least five (5) years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in a law firm setting. Paralegal Certificate or equivalent experience/education required. Strong understanding of state and federal court rules and procedures. Proficiency with litigation support and e-discovery tools (e.g., Relativity, Concordance). Superior research, writing, and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary range: $55,000–$90,000, depending on experience.
