Parking Attendant will provide excellent guest service as you warmly welcome guests and ensure Memoir quality standards are met and guests have a fantastic experience
Parking Attendant will greet our guests as they enter the event, and be our last goodbye as guests leave.
Parking Attendant will oversee our All Inclusive guest check
Parking Attendant will help promote event safety by monitoring attendees for signs of disruptive behavior, like excessive intoxication, potential environmental hazards (tripping) and escalating issues to management as necessary.
Parking Attendant will answer a variety of guest questions, and must be knowledgeable about many parts of the event, providing the most accurate and up to date information possible.
Parking Attendant will be responsible for the daily opening and closing procedures relevant to their area for guest check in to ensure a smooth and efficient process
Parking Attendant report to the Event Manager
Ability to work outside in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold temperatures)
Must be prompt, and be able to work all shifts as assigned.
Reliable forms of communication & transportation
Staff provide their own attire, with approval (black pants & shirts are recommended. Closed toes shoes are required at all times)
Staff must be willing and able to step into other roles on the event site after an appropriate amount of training. These other areas include, but are not limited to, ticket scanning, parking, and other general event staffing roles.
The Ideal Candidate:
Has high quality customer service experience, excellent problem solving skills, and an acute attention to detail
Has prior experience with mobile ticketing platforms
Enjoys interacting with guests and also having a role behind the scenes
Ability to take initiative
Is reliable
Has an outwardly presentable demeanor & attitude
Has 5 days availability
