WHAT YOU’LL DO

Our Payroll Service Teams are essential in helping clients streamline payroll processes, reduce errors, and maintain compliance with relevant laws. This allows our clients to ensure their employees are paid accurately and on time while focusing on their core business. No prior payroll experience is required, as we offer comprehensive training! Key Responsibilities include:

• Client Interaction : Serve as the primary contact for payroll-related inquiries and issues, building strong client relationships.
• Payroll Processing : Manage all payroll tasks for your assigned clients, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Data Management : Collect and verify employee time and attendance data, reviewing timesheets for accuracy.
• Payroll Calculations : Calculate employee pay, including deductions such as taxes, benefits, and garnishments.
• Payment Distribution : Issue paychecks or process direct deposits, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Tax Filings : Handle payroll taxes and filings, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Reporting : Provide detailed payroll reports and maintain all necessary documentation to support compliance.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 4+ years of customer service experience (Banking/Financial services a plus!)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make confident decisions.
• Process innovation : Ability to find new ways to improve processes, enhancing both internal and external experiences.
• Adaptability : Capable of managing a steady stream of tasks and responsibilities with ease, embracing change and uncertainty with agility. The ideal candidate adapts quickly, consistently maintaining high productivity under tight deadlines. Rather than just coping, they thrive in a fast-paced environment, transforming challenges into opportunities for growth and contributing to the team's overall success
