## Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Personal Injury Lawyer to join our legal team. We handle mainly motor vehicle accident cases with bodily injury. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oklahoma tort / personal injury law and be proficient in client relations, negotiating settlements, & litigating personal injury cases. It would be preferable if the candidate has worked on the defense side of personal injury litigation and has trial experience. Plaintiff litigation experience is a plus.

## Duties

- Conduct legal research on various personal injury cases

- Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, etc

- Taking the lead and handle all stages of litigation

- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather case information

- Manage case files and ensure all documents are organized and up-to-date

- Keep clients updated on their case

- Draft correspondence and communicate with insurance companies on behalf of clients

## Requirements

- Oklahoma Bar License, Texas Bar is a plus

- Proficiency in personal injury law / Oklahoma tort law and civil legal procedures

- Strong writing skills for drafting legal documents

- Ability to conduct thorough legal research

- Experience working in a law office setting

- Ability to assist in litigating cases effectively

- Most importantly, phenomenal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
