• Enjoy a work life-balance in Louisville, KY
• Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, no call
• Fluoroscopic guided knee/shoulder injections
• 30 to 50 injections daily, each injection 3 to 5 minutes
• Patients are prepped prior to injection by NPs and MAs
• Hourly rate plus full benefits including health care, malpractice, 401(k), and vacation time
