CompHealth is currently assisting a Wisconsin hospital with their search for a psychiatrist. The position is from an adult outpatient psychiatrist with a weekend call rotation. Outpatient responsibilities are Monday through Friday. The daily patient census is 25 to 35 that will be split between 2 physicians. The weekend call schedule is 1:7 with rounding during the day and available by phone in the evenings. Join 12 other psychiatrists on staff with the goal of adding 2 more. There will also be teaching opportunities with their psychiatric residency program. Future residents and fellows are welcome to apply. This employed opportunity has a competitive salary guarantee for 1 to 2 years plus RVU productivity bonus and quality incentive.
