Gastro Health is currently looking for a Full-Time Physician Recruiter to join our team in Miami!

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physician Recruiter to join our growing GI healthcare organization. This role is critical to our growth strategy and demands a recruitment professional who understands the full-cycle physician recruitment process, particularly within the Gastroenterology space or similar specialty practices.

Here are some of the duties you will be responsible for:

You'll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier physician talent while closely collaborating with operational and financial teams to align hiring with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Own the full-cycle recruitment process for physicians – from sourcing and outreach through offer negotiation and onboarding – with a focus on hard-to-fill roles.
• Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified gastroenterologists and other physician talent through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building.
• Data & Metrics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics (time to fill, source of hire, pipeline health, offer acceptance rates, etc.) with a high degree of accuracy. Provide meaningful insights and recommendations based on data trends.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Operations, Finance, and Practice Leadership to ensure alignment between recruitment activities and business needs, including workforce planning, compensation modeling, and budgeting.
• Market Intelligence: Stay informed on GI physician market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activity to shape recruiting strategies and stay ahead of talent shortages.
• Candidate Experience: Deliver an exceptional and professional candidate experience that aligns with our brand and culture.
• Creative Problem Solving: Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract physicians in competitive and underserved markets.
• Vendor Management: Oversee and evaluate relationships with search firms and other external recruitment partners when needed.

Minimum Requirements :

• 5+ years of physician recruiting experience, preferably with a focus on specialty areas such as Gastroenterology, Surgery, or Internal Medicine.
• Demonstrated success filling hard-to-fill physician roles and developing effective sourcing strategies.
• Strong understanding of the physician recruitment lifecycle, contracts, credentialing, and onboarding.
• Proven experience in reporting and recruitment analytics with a commitment to accuracy and transparency.
• Skilled in working cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Clinical Leadership.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and CRM tools.
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or healthcare-related certifications (e.g., AAPPR) preferred.

• Experience working in physician practice management or a multi-specialty healthcare organization.
