Accompanist responsibilities:
- Must be a proficient pianist, capable of playing both from a classical piano score and from a chords chart.
- Must be capable of writing chord charts from a recording and possess the ability to improvise an accompaniment if required.
- Be able to work in close collaboration with the Conductor.
- Be proficient in accompanying the choir, soloists and instrumentalists.
- Be attentive to the needs of choir members.
- Understand and support the goals of social justice and community building.
